Shipping policy

Orders ship from Seattle, Washington. We ship Monday - Friday and do our best to process orders as quickly as possible. Typically shipments are processed within 24 hours of when you place your order. Please note our shipping cut off time of 11:00AM Pacific Time. Any order placed before 11AM should ship the same day, orders placed after this time will likely ship out the following business day.

All orders ship via FedEx or USPS. Free shipping for orders within the USA over $100 will ship either USPS or FedEx based on the location we are shipping to and the item purchased.

Our orders ship from Seattle, WA and free shipping can often take up to 6 business days to arrive to East Coast locations. If you need a specific shipping carrier or have a deadline to receive your items please contact us prior to placing your order.

Tracking numbers are emailed directly once the order has been shipped. Please note that orders placed during sale periods or holidays may incur an additional 1-2 business days to be processed.
